1. Our commitment

ClassesFlow, operated by Scalar Intelligence LLC, is committed to making its platform usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

This is a commitment and roadmap, not a certification. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit and do not currently claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.

2. Scope

This statement covers the ClassesFlow web application, including class authoring, lesson playback, discussions, quizzes, interactive activities, and account settings. Content created or uploaded by customers and AI-generated lesson content may have separate accessibility characteristics.

3. Measures we are taking

Our accessibility approach and near-term work include:

  • Using semantic HTML and accessible interface primitives where practical.
  • Planning a documented keyboard, focus-order, and color-contrast baseline.
  • Reviewing labels and alternative text as the baseline is completed.
  • Preparing issue tracking and an accessibility check for product changes.
  • Planning an independent accessibility review and Accessibility Conformance Report.

4. Known limitations

Some complex slide, canvas, whiteboard, media, and AI-generated interactive experiences may not yet be fully operable with every keyboard or assistive-technology combination. Captions, transcripts, labels, and reading order may also vary for customer-provided or generated content.

We are documenting and prioritizing these limitations as we complete internal testing and prepare for an independent audit.

5. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@classesflow.com. Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser involved, if you are comfortable sharing it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and will work to provide the information or function through a reasonable alternative while a barrier is being addressed.

6. Improvement roadmap

  • Complete an internal keyboard, focus-order, and color-contrast baseline.
  • Remediate priority barriers and add accessibility checks to change review.
  • Commission an independent WCAG 2.1 AA assessment.
  • Publish an Accessibility Conformance Report when the assessment is complete.
